Mr. Greger possesses a wealth of experience as an intellectual property attorney, gleaned from more than two decades of practice. Jeff has focused his practice on trademarks, copyright, and unfair competition matters. Jeff also guides patent clients working with his network of experienced patent colleagues. Jeff has managed patent litigation, and first chaired trademark and copyright federal court litigation. Jeff drafts IP licenses, settlement and consent agreements, and assignments.

Jeff’s legal acumen is trusted by colleagues both domestic and international. For the latter, Jeff primarily handles matters for clients from Europe, Asia, and Australia. Matters include trademark responses for Madrid Treaty prosecution, garden variety trademark application filing, prosecution and registration. Trademark clearance searches have been a forte since early practice prior to law school including an internship with Procter and Gamble. Jeff can conduct registrability clearance trademark searches with pinpoint accuracy, speed, and affordability.

Jeff is no stranger to Federal Court civil infringement actions in trademark and copyright matters. Jeff has served as lead counsel in dozens of civil court matters and has represented clients in over a hundred USPTO trademark oppositions and cancellations.

Jeff represents plaintiffs and defendant in the Eastern District of Virginia and offers local counsel services. Jeff’s contacts across the United States enable him to represent clients in federal litigation across the U.S. Jeff is also admitted and argued in front of the Courts of Appeals for the First, Fourth and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeal.
